Your account

When you create an account we store your email address, the display name you choose, and your language preference. If you sign in with Google, Facebook or LINE we receive your email address from them so we can match you to your purchases — we do not receive your password, and we do not post anything on your behalf.

Health information you enter

The plan tool asks for your sex, year of birth, height, current weight and goal weight, and stores them along with the calorie and macro targets it calculates. The weekly check-in stores whatever you choose to enter: weight, waist measurement, a 1–5 rating and an optional note. This is health-related information and we treat it as the most sensitive data we hold.

The screening questions before the calculation — whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating — are never saved. They are read once to decide whether it is appropriate to show you a number, and then discarded. We keep only a timestamp recording that you were shown the guidance notice.

Purchases

We store your order: the email you paid with, what you bought, the amount, the currency, the payment method and the status. Card details never reach our servers — payment is handled by Stripe, and we only receive a reference to the transaction.

How you use the site

We record which lessons you have completed and where you left off, which missions you have finished, and a log of your e-book downloads. The download log exists to enforce a daily limit and to detect sharing of paid files; it stores the file, the time and your account, nothing else.

Site analytics, when enabled, are cookie-free and aggregate — they tell us how many people visited a page, not who you are.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers, each for one job: Supabase stores the database, accounts and files; Stripe processes payments; Resend sends order and account emails; Bunny Stream delivers course video. They see only what their job requires. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Some of these providers process data outside Thailand. Files you download are served through short-lived links that expire after about a minute, and the storage they come from is not publicly readable.

Your choices

You can see and change your name and language on your account page at any time. You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data — message us on LINE and we will do it. Deleting your account removes your profile, plan, check-ins and progress; we keep the minimum order record we are required to keep for accounting.

You can also simply stop using the plan tool. Nothing else on the site requires your health information.
